My classes are welcoming and inclusive, creating a nourishing space to explore self-awareness and acceptance. I am able to share my years of experience and study to give people tools to look after themselves both mentally and physically.

Mix and match from 45 minute Hatha Flow classes and "Mindful 30" - a half hour mix of yin and restorative yoga with guided meditations and relaxations.
