Welcome to Kate Brushwood Yoga

I am a yoga teacher based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. I am also a dancer and mother and am a passionate advocate of the benefits of moving for everyone. I am a former professional dancer who has gradually moved away from dance and towards yoga as this aligns more with my belief that moving is an end in itself rather than how it looks.

I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years and teaching for eleven. I am fascinated by how the ancient teachings of yoga can be used to help us function in this world with more ease.

My classes are welcoming and inclusive, creating a nourishing space to explore self-awareness and acceptance. I am able to share my years of experience and study to give people tools to look after themselves both mentally and physically.

Practice whenever you choose with a class that suits your mood with a monthly subscription (includes 7 day free trial period) to all videos from the last 3 months. Mix and match from 45 minute Hatha Flow classes and  "Mindful 30" - a half hour mix of yin and restorative yoga with guided meditations and relaxations.
