Hatha Yoga

In this class we increase body awareness in a non-competitive environment, you’ll cover all bases – move, strengthen, stretch, breathe & relax.

Restorative Yoga

Classes focus on relaxation and use of props to support the body. Poses are mainly seated or lying and enable a full range of spinal movement. The emphasis is on breath awareness and deep relaxation as an antidote to stress.

Yin Yoga

A slow, mainly floor based yoga practice where poses are held for some minutes. Yin yoga helps to gently and skilfully stretch connective tissue to help maintain health and mobility of the body as well as releasing tension. Mindfulness and meditation techniques are also incorporated.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Yoga postures are designed to build strength, resilience and mobility in the body and these are linked together in accessible sequences. This helps you to become more aware of your body and how it is working and also helps to promote greater self-awareness.
Classes include:
• Standing, seated and lying yoga postures
• Movement with breath
• Breathing and relaxation techniques

Family Yoga

A relaxed and fun class for adults and children to do together – suitable for all ages. Classes include yoga postures and partner poses as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. Benefits of yoga for children include increased self-confidence and adaptability.

Post Natal Yoga

Offered as short courses or can be booked as a private group.

The classes are designed for you to be done with your baby whilst helping you to strengthen and tone after birth. Classes tone your abdominal muscles using yoga breathing, and help sleep and reducing postnatal fatigue. A fun way of bonding with your baby and meeting other mums.


I am a qualified teacher with a PGCE and am DBS approved to work with children. I offer classes to teenagers in secondary schools as part of the PE curriculum or as an extra-curricular activity.  Classes focus on physical sequences and postures but a holistic approach also helps to build confidence, self-esteem and resilience.

I also offer yoga in workplaces to improve physical fitness and release tension. In both settings breath awareness and mindfulness are an integral part of the sessions to help alleviate stress and increase clarity of thought. I have also recently started offering mindfulness sessions in the workplace.

Sessions can be tailored to individual needs for a one off or longer series of sessions. These can be to address particular physical or emotional needs or perhaps for taking your personal practice to a deeper level.

I also offer small group sessions by arrangement. This can be an excellent way to practice post-natal yoga.

My classes help build strength, flexibility and co-ordination, using a dancer’s knowledge of the body’s natural movement with a mindful focus to help reduce stress and anxiety.
