One to one yoga is a great way to start yoga as a beginner, or to work with a specific condition or focus. Classes can be in person or via Zoom.

Sessions can be tailored to individual needs for a one off or longer series of sessions. These can be to address particular physical or emotional needs or perhaps for taking your personal practice to a deeper level.

I also offer small group sessions by arrangement. This can be an excellent way to practice post-natal yoga.
