"The children thoroughly enjoy their lunchtime yoga sessions with Kate. She has a kind and friendly approach and has built a positive rapport with the pupils. Kate’s yoga sessions provide a calm and relaxing environment, in which the children are able to pause and reflect during a busy school day. Kate is highly professional and her classes have been a great addition to our activities programme in the prep school." (Miss Thompson, Hurstpierpoint College Prep School)

Yoga in the workplace

I also offer yoga in workplaces to improve physical fitness and release tension. In both settings breath awareness and mindfulness are an integral part of the sessions to help alleviate stress and increase clarity of thought. I also offer mindfulness sessions in the workplace.
